Who We Are
The membership of MCIFN primarily consists of continuous improvement facilitators at the ISD level who provide professional development, technical assistance, and other services to support district and school teams in leading, facilitating, and managing the continuous improvement process at the local level. Network members also include local district leaders who serve as facilitators in their districts -- often in areas of the state where ISDs have limited capacity to support continuous improvement. ISD and district facilitators from the same ISD service area are encouraged to collaborate in clarifying roles and to partner in facilitating continuous improvement processes at the local level.
