MASA's Mentor Coaching experience provides multi-tiered support for superintendents in their first three years on the job. Each mentoring pair will work together to identify areas of support for the experience based on those needs.

MASA is filing a lawsuit against the Office of Retirement Services (ORS) due to the agency's continuing implementation of arbitrary policies that target superintendents by limiting what legitimate and earned income can be reported for retirement compensation. The format of the Network will also shift for the 2020-21 school year to ensure the safety of our members. Our six regular Network meetings will occur as 1-day events spread out over the year and will be delivered virtually. The June 2021 conference is currently scheduled to be in-person at West Bay Resort in Traverse City, pending the outcome of the pandemic.
